Location and price

Neither the aircon or the tv were working and it is really noisy 24 hours of the day!

nice location, friendly staff, very clean

no wifi in the rooms,only in lobby, but still amazing budget for price..

It locates along the see. The man in the counter provided us useful information to go to inner city and go to the airport. And the room was big with balcon and a kitchen with most of the equipments.

Room condition is not matched with the stars

Very close to Figueretas and old town.

Too noisy - walls are very thin. You can hear everything from rooms around.

The beds were uncomfortable The TV in the room was poor The cooking facilities in the room were poor. The WiFi was very expensive for the room.

- Apartments are slightly old, level of hygienic is moderate - External issue: when renting a car parking can give some problems due to overcrowded parking area. Solution is given by Tropical Garden by means of internal parking facility (Eur 10,--/day)

The hotel is clean, one steet over from beach. We will,definetly be back

I liked the pool which was above average size and with salt water. I also liked the fact that they had buffet for lunch and dinner which was only 10.30 euros. This is a fantastic price to eat something in Ibiza, and especially the whole range of food (salad, meat, fish, soup, desert, fruit). And it was all you can eat! Overall the hotel offered all the basics you needed. For the money you pay (if you book early), you cant go wrong...

When the room was cleaned, it was not done really well. The toilet paper must be really expensive because we had to ask a couple of times. One time i closed the toilet and even put the roll of the paper on the closed cap. The maid just moved it out of the way and that was that. The same with bath gels and soaps. I would have been more generous on the cleanliness of the hotel but one time there was a cockroach in the bath and another time i saw a huge rat running next to the pool and the door (even though the hotel is next to a hill and empty fields).

Clean rooms, working airco (without a key, so you can leave it on 24/7) & nice pool. Very good price/quality ratio (we paid € 63 per night for a 2 person room).

Most of the staff is quite unfriendly & the hotel is a little bit noisy.

Terrible experience. The room was overlooking the inside of the building, so it was not possible to open the window....in summer! There are more cars than parking in front of the hotel and the police regularly checks. Terrible. I do/did travel a lot and in any type of hotel or location, and this is terrible. Only good is friendly staff, but of course they cannot help with parking.

Staff was very helpful, in particular the Romanian girl at the reception, who seems to know all the languages in the world.

for 55 €/ night, I would expect breakfast to be included in the room cost. Otherwise you have to bring cash, because you can only pay at the bar, since it cannot be charged to your room account. This is particularly annoying when you get back at 8 am and being sent back to your room to retrieve money is annoying.

Generally it is ok. Very basic, but there is everything you need. Pretty nice staff. Walking distance to the old town. Pool is quite good.

There is so many prohibitions in this hotel - so it feels almost like in a camp - everything is forbidden. People who cleaned rooms have been cleaning floors with some very stinky and unpleasant substance so the floor was sticky afterwards and rood smelled like hospital.

Good location. Good standard of accomodation. They don't have internet wired into the room, there is sketchy wifi signal ( worked sometimes in our room, but mostly not). It is pay wifi, I explained that this website said it was free so they gave me a voucher. Easy going place with nice staff.

Conta com uma máquina automática para compra de água e refrigerante, o que tb ajuda numa eventual sede de madrugada. Equipe mt boa e venda de tickets para boates e passeios. Piscina excelente com bar e um DJ tocando músicas de alto nível, gostei mt

Só faz falta um wifi gratuito, um hotel deste nível deveria ter.

- da cama. os colções de mola velhos. Parecia que as molas estavam saltando. Muita dor no corpo por conta disso. Impossível dormir virando a noite toda, pra se desviar das molas. Limpeza. O chão estava podre de poeira. ´roupa de cama também estava com um aspecto bem rabugento - o wi-fi só pega n área coletiva. -pra usar no quarto era necessário comprar o bilhete. Ainda assim, não pegava direito. O sinal caia .
